Once your Offering package is reviewed and signed by you, and approved by Cherif, you will complete your 3rd party Verification for your Accreditation. In order to invest in SFI Fund (Regd 506c) you must complete the 3rd party verification process.

FINAL STEPS TO INVEST.
Once InvestReady has processed your documentation, you will receive an email that you are “VERIFIED” as an Accredited Investor.
The Compliance team will email you the wiring instructions to send your investment money to the SFI Fund bank account.
You will receive a “Confirmation” email with your Promissory Note once you are funded. And you will begin earning interest within 24 hours.

Once you have decided how you would like to be qualified and you have in hand the necessary documentation you can CLICK the link below to START the VERIFICATION process and finalize your subscription.
After you have set up your account with EarlyIQ and filled out the online form to confirm your identity, you will upload your documentation to verify your Accreditation. Once EarlyIQ has processed your documentation, you will get an email that you are “VERIFIED” as an Accredited Investor.
You will then be able to unlock the wiring instructions and send your investment money to the SFI Fund bank account. As soon as the money is received the Fund Manager will send you two emails:
a) The first will be to confirm your “next day” start date of your interest accrual.
b) The second will be to provide you with the Promissory Note to be kept for your record.
It has no real estate assets held under its name. Capital is used in MIGSIF LLC, and properties are held under MIGSIF LLC or its subsidiaries or related entities.
